Noodlebox - Courtenay

It is a noodlebox like any other. it is predictable, but delicious.

I just found eating really mediocre and found no worth in it for the price. the options sounded good, but after attempting 2 different options I did not decide back updated by previous review on 2021-06-16

I recently had the Pad Thai box with crispy tofu at this restaurant. It was incredibly fresh, hot, and there was a generous portion. I probably shouldn't have finished it all, but it was too delicious to resist. I also appreciate that the bowls and utensils are composted instead of being sent to a landfill. They have great vegetarian options, like the crispy tofu. Highly recommend trying it out.

I got the Spicy Peanut Noodle Box with medium heat and it was delicous, the heat level was also perfect. The ratio veggie noodle was ideal for the serving size I would say.Service wise it took a few minutes to get service from the front counter when I entered the restaurant, I was the only patron in the establishment at the time.

Despite the slightly high price, everything about this restaurant is fantastic. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find that they offer delicious crispy tofu. My advice would be to go easy on the spice levels. I considered myself to have a high tolerance for spice, but even the medium option was too hot for me the first time I dined there. The mild/medium option can still be spicy depending on the type of bowl you choose.
