Good coffee, some enticing treats on offer, and nice people all around. Definitely a place to hit up for breakfast or just a caffeinated pickmeup.

The patio is where you want to be on a sunny afternoon, provided there aren't any smokers.... The beet chocolate loaf was a real teaser, pursuading us to discover what it taste like.... too bad the anticipation wasn't realized.

I was greeted the moment I walked in, and the place was busy! I had a great sandwich and coffee at a very reasonable price. I noticed that the staff greeted all the customers and most by name. That tells me, this is the local hotspot and after my experience I can understand why.Great food and terrific service.

Went and ordered the Valentine fudge emojo was very good. nice place to hang out and relax after shopping

Located in Courtenay, this place is a perfect stop for coffee, snacks and lunch, you name it! Food is excellent, as is the service, staff and the outside patio. Unfortunately summer isn't 12 months a year, so the patio isn't an option in the winter months. This is not a restaurant, its a coffee bar that also has some very good food options. To note are the Cinnamon Buns! Best I have ever had, but only on weekend mornings. Definitely could use a larger place sometimes, as its hard to find a table when the patio isn't an option, but someone is always leaving and you can get a table. Staff are always friendly, and you get to flip for your coffee refill. If you win its free and if you lose its $1. They also have coffee cards; fill a row up and you get a free one.Love the chance to go here for coffee or lunch!
