McDonald's - Courtenay

I'd like to say it's different from all the other McDonalds but it isn't. I like the coffee and muffin special in the morning.

Badly laid out ordering area and the staff repeatedly mess up my order though i do not order anything fancy or unique. i swore last time there i would never go again and have not been back, there are always better options.

The line up for the drive through was busy, so went inside, where there was another good size line up, but thought what the hell. Ordered 1 large latte. Can't believe I had to ask how much longer do I have to wait for it twice, it took 22 minutes to receive it, where has McDonalds customer service gone. It is lost in this McDonalds

I went into the Walmart location on crutches from emergency room ordered quarter pounder with cheese meal. Asked the cashier who was also manger " Andrew" I asked if he could bring my order out due to my crutches he huffed and didn't want to until I got offended and asked again. TERRIBLE service. Never will I ever return to such a disrespectful place. Also was no clean tables and only 2 ppl in line what is wrong with staff that they get away with such horrible service

Get a great coffee for a great price and choose some healthy items from the menu and you can watch your little ones playing on the slide through the glass. Noise is minimized and yet they are safe. Service is fast at this McDonald's. Decor updated.
