There are several local products from Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands available as well. The menu has plenty of options for vegans. This was a hidden gem we discovered during our trip to Courtenay. We were able to stock up on all the items we needed, like tofu and vegan meat, and there were also plenty of seasonal products available!

I have stopped visiting my omnivorous parents and have found everything I need at this one-stop shop. They offer a wide variety of vegan mock meats, cheeses, plant-based milks, nutritional products, and snacks. It's truly a convenient place!

(replacing former 5 star review) unfortunately this place is really located downhill under new ownership. they did a flush on what was sold regularly and was released by many interesting product lines. there are a few more things that are not close to, but now all the few weeks instead of a few times a week visit. Too bad.

Staff are friendly, product selection is fantastic, and they are great supporters of local farms!
