Chez Ollier - COURMAYEUR

Whoever organises this needs to realise they are losing lots of money by reservi G tables as there are some thar free when people could be eating. Some are free for over 30 minute's. Would take more euros if didn't take reservations but owners must not realise this

I’ve written a few TripAdvisor reviews, and rarely given a 1 star, but I’m afraid this place deserved it. What’s worse than bad food? No food at all. This is a restaurant on the piste, specifically for skiers. We booked on a recommendation from a local, yet when we turned up (1310) we had to wait 35 minutes to even place an order. They were clearly totally overrun. 2 waitresses for maybe 250 people. Somewhat optimistically, we (4) ordered but 30 minutes later, we’d had one hot dog, a burnt, small pizza, some drinks and nothing else. We left, after 90 minutes, thoroughly disappointed (the pasta actually looked quite good), hungry and cross, as the service was poor and the wait was unacceptable for a ski restaurant. All around us, people were leaving without even paying. There are some great restaurants here give this one a miss.

My title says it all... We had been eyeing up this pretty stone built pizza restaurant with big terrace every time we passed it. Finally found the right moment to pop in for delicious pizza and dessert, whilst enjoying the view over the slopes. Very good value too. Recommended.

The food here is good bu the service is absolutely . We waited about 40 mins to order a drink and when we did order it took another 45 mins to arrive. One person got their food early but the other 6 of us have still not got our food, instead it would be quicker to go down the mountain, eat there and then come back up. In conclusion this place is horrific and if you could I would rate it 0 STAR!!!!!!!

Great service and great pizza. A big terrace in the sun. Reasonable prizes (about 11 € for a pizza and 5 € for an aperol spritz). Would definitely come back.
