Very good sushi large choice of sushi and fast service no long waiting time!

If you are looking for quantity rather than quality, go-y sushi is ok, not awesome, not terrible they are fast catering sushi.

Great fan of sushi I've had a lot of experience with this matsuri franchisee.Ras at the fresh and quality level but the concept at vielli in front of competition not too much creativity and a salty addiction if we take products other than basics

I think there's another Japanese that deserves a much more detour to the defense. The dishes are cold and stay on the treadmill throughout the lunch. I don't think I'm going back.

Matsuri is a sushi bar located in Cœur Defense huge building. At lunch time atmosphere is a busy but cozy. Decor is light, simple. You can eat rapidly. There is a wide selection of Japanese specialties.I like the concept proposed by Matsuri : I pick on the large conveyor belt fresh dishes prepared in front of me.Sometimes it's a bit pricey because I'm tempted to take off the train too many plates. I prefer miso soup, avocado maki, dorado sushi, shrimp tempura, crab gunkan, salmon sashimi, veggie gyoza, rice and also green tea cake. So, in conclusion, Matsuri Cœur Défense is a convenient and pleasant diner.
