I am a fan of Wetherspoons. I consider myself a regular at these restaurants. This particular location was possibly the best one I have ever visited. The layout was well organized with ample space, and the exterior was very welcoming. The staff were friendly and even gave me a discount when the app wasn't working properly. I always order the same meal (gammon steak with jacket potato and salad) and it was served promptly and tasted delicious. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of them available. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience at this Wetherspoons location.

We went for breakfast as our usual spot was closed. Spoons' breakfasts aren't the greatest, but it was our last resort. We also ended up back at the restaurant for drinks in the afternoon and evening. We had food again, which was just okay. I ordered the spicy chicken burger and a portion of nachos. The burger wasn't actually spicy, and the nachos only had a small piece of chopped chili on them. However, the prices for drinks were very reasonable.
