Pizza Time - County Durham

This restaurant has the most dedicated staff who work tirelessly into the late hours of the morning to provide exceptional food delivery service. I highly recommend this place. The people are wonderful and their hard work is truly appreciated.

I dined at this restaurant two nights in a row. On the first night, they forgot to include the free garlic bread that I had requested. The second night, they got most of the order wrong. Three out of the four meals were completely incorrect, especially my son's chicken wrap which ended up being chicken and Donner (which he does not like). They had promised us a free pizza with an extra topping due to the error from the previous night, but it was missing. Additionally, my wife ordered chips and gravy but was told there was no gravy, so she switched it for a small chicken wrap which never arrived, instead we received a tray of chips. When my wife complained, the staff member had a bad attitude. I spent nearly £45, but I won't be returning as there are plenty of other fast-food options to choose from.

The pizzas at this restaurant were soggy and lacked flavor. This is the second disappointing takeout order we've had from here, despite recommendations from family. It may be worth trying other dining options in town instead.
