Pizza Perfect - County Durham

The food at this restaurant is great. They have also recently made some improvements.

The pizza was delivered all smashed up, and my friends' pizzas were missing toppings. When I called to complain, I was rudely accused of trying to get free food and lying. The person on the phone was very unprofessional and then abruptly hung up on me. I would recommend finding another restaurant to order from.

I had a horrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered food from Uber Eats with a delivery time of 1:50am-2:10am, which was acceptable. However, the food arrived at 1:20am, half an hour early. When I tried to call and request a new order because of their mistake, they hung up on me multiple times and told me it was not their problem. I ended up with cold chips and a cold Parmo because they refused to send a fresh order. The service was terrible and the food was inedible. I had to eat some of it because I was starving.
