Capri Italian Pizzeria - County Durham

We found this restaurant after our hotel stopped serving food at 4pm on a Sunday. Although it's not a cozy spot, the staff were fantastic, even on a busy Sunday night. The house merlot wine was excellent and the pizzas we had were top-notch. We even got to chat with Sharon, the pizza chef, who seemed to appreciate our positive feedback. We hope she'll be working again when we return to dine there tonight!

We are always well taken care of when we arrive and love watching the kitchen in action.

I stopped by for lunch and was impressed with the excellent service and delicious food. It was very tasty.
