The best taking away from remote owners is always friendly and polite

We went here on Saturday tea time and the food was first-class... Fish, chips and spam frit were all cooked while we waited and it was really delicious. I usually do not interrupt with reviews, but Betty's chip shop is so good and worth a visit x

Nice food as usual. Spacious portions, good price, crispy chips and beautiful fish. Always freshly cooked. Chap, who runs it, is very friendly. Very recommended. Best fish and chips in Shildon.

The Fish Chips was delicious in any case, I will go back for Fish Chips

For the first time I was here and only 2. person in it opened around 4pm) but my fish and chips were excellent. The fish wasn't all broken and the chips were very delicious.
