We ordered food last night, a crave case and two fries, The online ordering said it would be done at 8:34 PM. we’ve ordered there before and they’re always about 10 minutes behind so we gave them 20 extra minutes and at 8:54 PM. The man behind the counter was extremely rude and barked at me that the order wasn’t ready yet and I told him we ordered a crave case 40 minutes ago and that I would need a refund of my money they were extremely rude and I’ll never be visiting that White Castle again. 40 minutes for some White Castle?
This location on Lagrange Road screws up your order EVERY TIME. Often the end results are literally terrible. Dry or soggy. Stale buns. Even inside when ordering you get a blank stare and they still mess up. Go to another location and save yourself the hassle.
As a fisherman and volunteer down at nearby Santa Fe Prairie, I've been to this place dozens of times over 20 years and have always been pleased.One disappointment we had was when they stopped selling cheap bags of ice some years ago. We go through a lot of ice/beverages while fishing on the Des Plaines River at Santa Fe Prairie, and this was always a reliable source. It'd be GREAT if you could bring it back!My special thanks to the kid at the drive-through at 15:25 on 9 February. I ordered a simple medium fries, no salt, and when I drove up to the window to pay, this bloke took a look at me and recaculated the price for me to include a senior discount. He's definitely a consciencious employee, but sadly, I did not get his name.Good job, guys.
Order was incorrect with extra onion rings received. Got charged anyway. It would have been nicer if 'side door ' entrance was controlled so cold air would not disturb ambiance. Little candle should have been lit. Great experience anyway!
