Nita's Gumbo - Country Club Hills

It was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning. There were so many dishes I wanted to try! I had the shrimp with the sauce, and it was delicious. A jazz band played, which created a really nice atmosphere. The only downside was that I had to go to the counter to place my order and pay at that moment. However, if I wanted an alcoholic drink, I had to wait for the waitress to take my order at the table, as that was a separate process. Unfortunately, my food arrived before I had a chance to get my drink.

Absolutely excellent dining experience! The roux in the seafood dish was fantastic—I couldn't get enough of it! I will definitely be returning!

The portion sizes are unreasonable, and the prices are outrageous; dining here is not worth the quality.
