Ask me is there something else I can help you with, oh how about that sandwich I ordered? Never again for this location. For the record I don’t recommend anything from this location.
Lady was rude they made the drink wrong and she complained about having to remake it. Horrible service
Limited diabetic options, but what I can have is great! Customer service is always on point, very friendly staff!Kid-friendliness: Kids love the strawberry or vanilla bean frapp and the pumpkin loaf warmed ?
I 'm here pretty much every day (RIP wallet and the staff is always great, my coffee is consistently perfect. I always order mobile 10 15 min before I leave the house, and it 's generally ready when I get there usually I 'm in and out in under 2 minutes on my way to work.My one complaint is for Starbucks *Corporate*. I always order online in advance. Three times now they ran out of Everything Bagels (the only food item I order, generally before I got to pickup.Understandably, things sell out. However, there needs to be a way for the app to cancel/refund automatically when an item becomes out of stock, so that I know ahead of time other food arrangements need to be made.I should not have to disrupt the baristas ' flow and add a 3+ minute wait to request a refund, when the system could be automated to issue refunds for unavailable items.The first time it happened, I didn 't realize I didn 't have the bagel until I got to work. I called the store, and they said they would only be able to refund if I came in person that day (I was working a 12+ hour shift and couldn 't leave I let this go since it was my fault for not confirming before I left.The second time it happened, I thought it was being refunded automatically back to purchase card (because the barista didn 't ask me to continue waiting at the to go area or move to the register area. I didn 't see any refund activity on the App, so I called the store and was told they would add my name to their journal for a free bagel. (I have not redeemed this because I need my items ready when I get there, which is why I order mobile advance Today was the third time it happened. After waiting at the to go area for a few minutes, I walked to the register/oven area and asked if they could confirm my order was still in process. They told me they had just run out and they would be right back with a manager. The manager was clearly busy helping the drive thru, so I feel bad making them stop their flow to come take care of this.TL;DR Baristas great, Coffee great, Starbucks POS system ??I rarely write reviews but I needed to vent somewhere. Pretty sure they all know me as the bagel lady now (which is super f 'ing embarrassing but I guess I 'm going to stop ordering those anyway.Parking: Sometimes the drive thru line blocks access to the parking lot. It 's really annoying when there are only 3 cars in the drive thru line and they still manage to block access to the parking lot. Corporate should consider having lines/arrows painted on the cement to help this issue
GREAT service! App/rewards system crashed, drinks were made incorrectly, and an item was not included. All happened because they were extremely busy on a holiday, during morning rush, and their system crashed.Called in and was invited to come back to get it all fixed. Everything was transferred to get stars, coupon used, drinks correctly made, and missing item given.Mistakes happen, but great customer service to correct them! Will definitely choose this location again.
