Pizza Hut - Council Bluffs

I placed an order online for delivery, but it never arrived. I tried calling multiple times, but the line was always busy. The delivery driver never reached out at all. The service was awful, and I can't understand how they stay in business. No one ever answers the phone. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. I will not be ordering from this place again, and I plan to file a complaint about this experience. Shaking my head.

Deanthony was our server and cashier, and he was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and far superior to Domino's. For the love of God, please don’t change your ingredients—everything was fantastic! Thank you, Deanthony!

Order online for pickup. Eat was hot and ready and very good! great job!

Ordered online. Got my order totally wrong. Wouldn't answer the phone. Had to take wrong order back and wait for my order. It was over sixty dollar order
