If a delivery is going to take two hours, it might be a good idea to suggest that customers pick up their orders instead. Additionally, I was frustrated when I called the business line and received a message saying that it couldn't take calls. Seriously? I also don’t believe that a restroom break takes 30 minutes, which was the excuse we were given. If the employees don’t know how to answer the phone, that points to another management issue. Despite my love for the food, I think I’ll have to find a different place from now on!
We absolutely adore this local pizza spot! The outdoor seating is fantastic, and the pizza is outstanding!
I ordered delivery and waited over an hour, but my food never arrived. The restaurant claimed they handed the order to someone at the door, but it was clearly not the correct address. I placed the order through DoorDash, and when I called the restaurant, the manager mentioned that the delivery driver confirmed the food was delivered to someone. It was obviously the wrong house. The manager advised me to reach out to DoorDash, which confirmed that the order was indeed delivered to the wrong address. I never received a full refund, and the manager said they wouldn’t remake my food.
This woman claimed to be the owner. The only reason I say claimed is I would really hope this place wasn 't run by this person. I had placed an order and called to double check delivery time. I was told over an hour. I said I understood but was quoted much less and could wait that amount of time. Snarky attitude came out with yeah, well, I 'm busy . Again, I indicated I understood and asked my order be cancelled. Now this order was done through DD, if you use this app you know if YOU cancel the order they charge you. This owner told me she couldn 't cancel the order. Spoke to DD and was told specifically she had to do it. Since they do their own everything through DD. It 's just a platform. Called her back and informed her. She implied I was lying and said again she couldn 't do it . In her rude state, she slipped up and indicated she could in fact do what I requested. Only to backtrack and say now she couldn 't. Unbelievable behavior. They have never had very good food but having employees or OWNERS like that makes it even worse. If they can 't fill orders, they shouldn 't have online ordering. After this review the owner responded by claim I was intoxicated. I don 't even drink. So not only was she disrespectful all the way around, her choice was to condescend to me and accuse me of being under the influence to not remember her attitude or the conversation. Weird, how her wretched voice is still echoing in my head. Awful food, cold food, treat employees awful and the rest are just awful altogether. Awful!!
Great food!! He got a Philly and I got a pizza. Both were great.
