Buffalo Wild Wings - Council Bluffs

The menu has undergone some changes, and several items have been removed, including staple options like chicken and chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, we realized this after we had already ordered our drinks. We paid for our drinks and decided to leave. While the waiting staff was friendly, the menu changes mean we won't be returning.

I should have learned my lesson when he closes store down so he wouldn't have to do any VA free meals. By far worst dining experience of my life. It started off with the host would not give me the the both that I asked for. There was nobody sitting there , it was not reserved, he just wouldn't give me that one. No excuse why. I ordered a Dr Pepper it came back all carbonation no no syrup and then to get a new one it took almost 30 minutes. I ordered a 30 piece medium I know what medium should be and how hot it it was way too hot I don't know if they're trying to burn the waitress to get rid of her since she was new and this was the way they figured to do it or what but I've been eating hot wings all my life and man that was way hotter than medium. The nachos I ordered were great jalapenos and everything just wonderful. Will not go here again. Will not recommend, to anyone.

Our waitress was amazing. She always checked in and made sure everything was okay. Our food in the other hand was terrible. The wings were dry and cold, even looked they were old and sitting out. And there was even a piece of hair somehow wrapped around one of the wings. The waitress did try to make it better but we lost our appetite so it didn’t matter. This place used to be the best, but it’s went really downhill.

Stopped in for lunch about 1:00 and the hostess warned us the kitchen was backed up a bit. We said no problem, we’d like to enjoy a beer for a while before ordering food anyways. The hostess said she had to ask the manager if that was ok. She came back and told us the manager said “no”. That we must wait on the bench until the kitchen was caught up. Like, what? We can’t even sit at the bar rail and order a beer? Is it not open seating in the bar area? The hostess shrugged and appeared very confused also. We used to visit this location several times a month for 9-10 years but lately this kind of stuff keeps happening so we’re taking our business elsewhere where it will be appreciated.

We were informed that we would have to wait 20 minutes, but the restaurant was only half full, so we weren't too concerned. We sat down and placed our order. After about an hour, they brought my wife and children their meals, which were cold, and mentioned they would check on my food. Another 15 minutes passed, and I finally received my wings, but still no fries. It was a waste of time and money, as the food was cold and not good. I definitely won't be returning—it's a meal I could have saved myself from.
