Cade's Grill - Counce

My partner and I arrived around 2:30 PM, only to find that the grill was closed. I mentioned that their schedule indicates they are open until 8 PM, and any changes to that timetable should be clearly posted.

The service was mediocre, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. The food was quite disappointing. I had to get up to ask for a coffee refill, and the pancakes I ordered were unrecognizable; I don’t even know what they served me! I also didn’t receive the bacon I ordered. The hash browns I requested were supposed to be crispy, but instead, they came out soggy. The service was slow as well; I lost track of someone’s order, and my partner finished his meal before the rest of us even received ours. A table behind us left because their order was lost. They really need to improve their coordination or consider closing.

The staff at the restaurant is excellent, and the food is consistently served hot and fresh. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the dishes are incredibly tasty. I highly recommend the tweetle rings—they're fantastic!

Great place for a hamburger, that was a frequent lunch place for me while I visited the opposite. people are friendly and eating is good. today closed on Tuesday.

Only giving 1 star because it is the lowest star available. If you are in a hurry...pass this restaurant by. They are super slow ?.They do not wear gloves to prepare food.Hair is hanging down while food is being prepared.Deep fryer shut off and the employee dropped the fries into cold grease.Called in order and still had to wait.Needs management supervision and a Servsafe class would help alot.Asked for a refund and employee and the manager allowed my husband to walk out without giving one.Paid 22 for no food but beats getting sick ? We won't be back.
