Foxfire Fixin's - Cottrellville Twp

Took a 45 minute trip out to try this place out. First impression . Could use a good cleaning. Kinda cluttered but dirty. Poutine was good. Burnt ends were truly burnt. Mac and cheese noodles were hras and tasteless. Corn bread was hard as a rock. Smoked meat was good . Except the give u this little cup of bq sauce. Ridiculous! Would I go back.....that 's a texas size NO. By the way. The sign going into the place y ll need to buy a vowel.....

The smoked meats, what else can I say? And I have missed the cornbread. It's The best cornbread I've ever had.

Not bad, ribs had a funky taste, brisket just doesnt look right. Pulled pork was awesome and the pork rids were really good.

Worst ribs I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I’ve always thought that having the meat ‘fall off the bone’ was the goal. The slab I received was the toughest chewy mess ever. Then they give me a butter knife and a fork to deal with it. Never going back.

Very unique place, I'm glad I stopped in. The tips were great and the bbq was awesome. Service was great and the decor is a combination of 60s/70s/80s/outdoor vibe... Very cool. 4/6/2024
