Starbucks Coffee - Cottonwood

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff member at the drive-thru was extremely rude. We waited around ten minutes just to place our order, and then we decided to pull forward. Unfortunately, we ended up stuck behind two other cars for at least 20 minutes. Each car ahead of us only received one drink when they finally got their orders.

Customers should reconsider spending their money at the Starbucks in Cottonwood. It's one of the poorly managed businesses in the area, and the managers seem immature and unresponsive to customer needs. The wait for drinks is excessively long; it feels like "slow" is the only pace they know.

This has got to be the SLOWEST Starbucks ever. I waited in line for a little over half an hour in the drive thru. Next time I'll go to Dutch Bros!
