Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Employees acted like I was hindering them by coming into the store, when I asked for a recommendation they gave me nothing. When I submitted my order (I was the only customer) they gave me the wrong order. When I told them it was wrong I got a eye roll and questioned what I ordered. When they brought out the right order it looked less than ideal, when I asked about missing/ minimal toppings they told me it is what it is. When i got to the car I noticed cookies were not the correct temperature. “Chilled” cookies were room temperature and “hot/fresh” tasted day old. Love crumble, but will not be coming back to this location.

We had the Reese’s peanut butter cookie and it was delicious, but the cereal on top was so stale we spit it out.

Quality at this location has gone way down. Lately everytime I order cookies they arrive and are only half frosted or not frosted at all. Or I receive the wrong cookies. Or they're on top of each other and messy. Very disappointed. I'm not sure what changed but I used to love this place.
