Casey's - Cottonwood Falls

I visited this Casey's while I was in town to see my sister in the nursing home nearby. When I was checking out, I asked the cashier to input my rewards number, and she sighed and rolled her eyes at me. I work at a Casey's in Oklahoma, and I would never show that kind of attitude towards a customer. Additionally, my sister's husband works at this store, so I hope he is treated better than I was. Food rating: 4.

Thank you, Casey's, for coming to the rescue during my black olive crisis! While visiting your charming town, I discovered the local market was out of black olives. So, I did the only sensible thing and dashed over to Casey's. I was impressed by the incredibly friendly woman who helped me and sold me a container of olives from the pizza kitchen—definitely five stars for her! However, I’m giving four stars overall due to the limited selection of canned goods. Great people all around!

This is a charming little Casey's. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean.

While the employee at the cash register was very polite and attentive when taking our order, the person who prepared the subs clearly needs more training. I would appreciate it if my next visit could be handled better. Thank you!
