Subway - Cottage Grove

The service was terrible from the moment we came in. the gale, which was on 2/18/2022 at 12:26pm behind the theke, was not friendly at all. it was as if we had troubled her by being there. she grabbed us what we wanted on our sand, and then pushed her to the next person to finish while our sand, who slipped directly from the envelope. then I told the young man about our experience there while he ordered, and all he did was laugh about it. very poor customer service and no one knows how to treat a customer with respect. How hard is it to smile? how hard it is to be curril for a customer while they give them the business. I can hardly believe that the owner would let this kind of service go on without her knowing. I'll never go to this subway again.

MaKayla is great and very polite. I drive outta my way for her friendly service. My sandwich is always yummy ?

Had a good experience in here with my friend. The food came quick and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are fair.

Usually they are good! Today i ordered a salad in the drive through and got a bowl with little lettuce and full pieces of meat. Not even chopped up. I didn't know we had to ask them to make chopped salads chopped.
