Sonny's Cafe - Cottage Grove

Terrible service. Younger waitress is not friendly to people who are not regulars, even if they live a block away, unlike her. Was too busy reading the paper and doing nothing with 1 other person there to refill my coffee. Charged me extra for 1 piece of raisen toast and didn't tell me. Food quality is not high. Do not bother eating here, it's a waste of time!Old, small hole in the wall restaurant.???

Customer service is sorely lacking here. The younger woman who regularly waitresses here is NOT friendly to those who are not regulars here. When I walked in, I asked her how she was doing, I 'm fine was all she said. Too busy reading the paper and doing nothing with 1 other customer in the place to refill my coffee and charged me extra for raisen bread without telling me. I live less than 1 block away, unlike her, yet non-regulars are treated differently like **** here! Absolutely DO NOT go here. I will NEVER step foot in this outdated hole in the wall poor quality dive ever again after this offensive, embarrassing experience! You would have more than one person patronizing your business if you learned some basic customer service skills, manners and how to treat people older than you with dignity and respect, lackluster personality millennial. This is why I hate small towns!
