Mcdonald's - Cottage Grove

The young man in the drive was extremely rude over ranch. asked me to give some testimony that he put something in the pocket. - Don't run in the bag. I had almost 30 nuggets and this worker refused to give me ranch and was very rude about it. he came back to the window (again very rude) and only collected 2 Ranch packages. his customer service was terrible and I didn't know how I was treated

I paid for thr wrong order but still waited for them to check cause I owe them more money. They charged me for the right order and didn't give me my refund back. All they did was handed back my receipt and card then left. How rude.

AVOID this McDonald's! They completely messed up our order. It was very simple. Ordered a double cheeseburger no onions, 2 mcdoubles with Mac sauce, and a large fry. Instead got a single cheeseburger with everything, 2 mcdoubles with no Mac sauce, and a medium fry. BUT still got charged for what was ordered... Smdh

The food I ordered was in the bag but missing a 6 pack of chicken nuggets and the large fries were only half full?! Everything was cold…

Bruh I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and they literally put a McChicken in a box. Manager was inpatient and rude, and they forgot my cinnamon roll.
