Little Caesars Pizza - Cottage Grove

Love them... but yesterday they had no hot and ready... but I understand that they are busy and a 10 minute wait is short for good inexpensive food... I am giving them fives across the board....

Though prices have risen, like everywhere else, I still go here for an easy meal that lasts 2 days.Curiously, I usually get a bad physical reaction when I eat pepperoni pizza... not here. That's why I do come here more often than other pizza places.The staff has always been attentive and kind to me. I appreciate that.

Website says open till 10, call in to place an order just before 9 and im told there closed.Get your hours straight,Bad customer service ?9/9/23Friend went to get me somethingThere closed on a Wednesday at noonLooks like they still have problems ? ?If you're going to be a buisness, stay open!

Love this place and love the food! That being said, the youngsters can hopefully get some better training over the phone. There’s never an upsale and ALWAYS “can I get you anything else, can I get you anything else, can I get…” just monotonous… seems like there just too ready to hang up the phone instead of be of service. Basically had to yell my name because I wasn’t finished ordering and they kept asking my name! Should be happy people are calling keeping you busy and I’m positive the owner would like better reviews than this.
