My experience at this restaurant was awful and I will not be ordering from here again. There were multiple issues with our order. When I tried to call and report the errors, nobody answered the phone, and I also tried to pay online with no success. The food is expensive and that was very disappointing.

I made the mistake to order. the pizza didn't have the beats I paid for and it was cold. of course, the children were also annoyed. So I called the owner and he always told me that the pizza was exactly what I ordered?! He even started yelling at me. unnecessary to say I would never go back here

It was good. pizza showed up about the time they said it would, but the end product did not awaken me in any case. I have 16 for me and my brother after a long day on the hang near. we are all about 15 minutes. I don't know if it's because we were so hungry or just because the pizza is really thin. could be one. the one thing I know is that they forget spinat on the half of the pizza. overall it was good as I said. but I think I'll try another place if I find myself in madison again.

If you enjoy paying high prices for mediocre pizza, then this restaurant is perfect for you. Recently, we ordered two 16-inch pizzas for a total of $55. However, both pizzas came out incorrectly. When we called to complain, they offered to deliver the correct pizzas in 45-60 minutes or give us a credit for the incorrect ones we received. We accepted the credit and placed another order, mentioning the credit for their mistake. To our surprise, they only offered us a $10 or $15 credit, which was far less than the amount we paid for the original incorrect order. It's unclear why they gave us the option of choosing the amount. This kind of service is disappointing, especially considering the high price they charge for subpar pizza. I would recommend ordering from Pizza Pit, Papa Jimmy's, or Rosati's instead. Despite their flaws, DB's is still better than Pizza Hut. However, I predict that they will go out of business within 3-5 years. Goodbye, DB's.
