Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cottage Grove

I had no time to write why this chipotle got a star. others then the fact that I had frozen mais and not cooked, just like rice a baptism of time at this place and testify to a female manager the hired, not give full creatures of everything. on this day at 3/18 I went to 4 people standing around, absolutely nothing with a sign that only said online orders. have you lost your mind? I will always go all the way to woodbury where the food is actually cooked and I can order personally.

I ordered a salad.... when I opened the bowl I counted 4 pieces of lettuce.

Should have looked at the reviews first. I placed an order online and picked it up, didn't open it until I got back to work. Several things missing and several added that I didn't order, ruined the whole meal. Definitely will not be going back.

Every single time I come to this location they are out of 2-3 things. Not only that, but every time I order online my order is missing about 2-3 things. This is possibly the worst location in Minnesota. A few years ago this location was awesome. I’m very disappointed, you can’t even voice your complaints. I’ve tried calling and all I get is an automated system.

Very poor service! I placed an order online and tried to contact the restaurant for over half an hour about a request I had for my order that I couldn’t add online and they NEVER answered! What kind of restaurant doesn’t answer their phone in over half an hour??? This isn’t the first time that I have struggled to get ahold of the restaurant staff! Definitely won’t be going back
