Can't rate the place enough. Great coffee and above all, service and staff. Andy and colleagues definitely lift the place up. Nice touch with providing visibility over the roasting and operations process that takes place behind the scenes.

I had a great experience at Reef Coffee Shop. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always remembering my order. I appreciate how they greet you as soon as you walk in, even if they are busy. I recommend that they advertise their vegan Rocky Road more so that the vegan community can see that they offer vegan options. Keep up the good work!

The coffee at this small café is always great. I have been a regular customer for years and even use their pods at home. However, I was disappointed to find out that they are cashless. I asked if they accepted cash and was told that they do not have the capability to do so. I suggest that they consider building a new shop that accepts cash, as this policy seems intentional. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary changes.

Amazing. This restaurant is charming and the service is outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist, especially a young barista who had extensive coffee knowledge and a true passion for their work. The sweet treats are delicious too! A must-visit for any coffee enthusiast.

Tried the new premises, lovely and bright. Coffee as delicious as ever! Lovely staff, great snacks and easy to park. We used to go just to buy the coffee, will now be going more regularly to use the cafe. Well done team, it’s a gem x
