Caffe Nero - Cotswold

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed completely clueless and it took an excessive amount of time to receive just 2 coffees. To make matters worse, they tried to give them to us in takeout cups when we were dining in. We will not be returning.

I love coming here, the staff are always friendly and lovely. A special shout out to Hash, who is always so kind and always has a smile on his face. He has created a wonderful place for humans and dogs alike. Deffo recommend!

We really enjoyed the soup, it was very home-made! Ash was really friendly and very helpful. Didn’t realise the take away soup in a paper container would be served on china dishes. There was a nice warm atmosphere on a wet cold afternoon in Cirencester Many thanks.

I ordered a delivery of coffee and a salad. The salad did not look like the advertisement but did have all the correct ingredients. However, my latte was disappointing as the cup was only half full, and the cup itself did not look any bigger than a medium. I have been trying to contact the cafe for over an hour to express my dissatisfaction with no response. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with my experience here. Overall, the quality of the products and the service to address any issues were lacking.

It's named after a despotic Roman emperor who let Rome burn and murdered his mum. What's not to like! Apart from the dirty toilet
