Hotel has a small pool you can enjoy swimming little bit. Staffs are very friendly and you can communicate in English.
Mid-high level hotel. Location is perfect. I like to much to sit at the small coffee& restaurant of the hotel, especially on the street tables.
I didnt stay in the hotel, just there for dinner. The vibe is quite relax, plenty of TVs as well. I had a shrimp tomato starter which was good and afterwards a pizza napoli which was ok for a pizza but nothing compared to EU standard (I have eaten better pizzas in 2 other places in Benin). I had a dame blanche as dessert which was ok with fresh chocolate sauce but the amount of sauce was very little. At the end they counted an additional seafood pasta on the bill, luckily we checked the bill!
Great experience overall. If you meet a Westerner who has been to Cotonou, they will ask you if you ate at the Livingstone. They have indoor and outdoor seating, TVs with soccer playing, and 5L towers of beer. Is there anything else you need? Oh yeah....food! Fantastic pizzas, steaks, and other dishes fill the menu. You won't be disappointed.
Important to know that Saturdays 6-8 PM is lucky hours. You get a big glass of beer for 1000 francs which is quite good
