Spring Thai - Cotati

I don't know if jump thai goes out of business or what, but they really went downhill since they moved into the new location. Previously it was our favorite Thai place in the city, but recently we had some bad experiences that prompted this assessment (I never wrote a bad rating and I reached twice in the last two weeks without answer). in a case I called at 8:20 a call order, and the person I spoke with said they only take to this time order. it was strange because I called later to take orders without problems. I literally live above the street and explained I wanted to pay money cash tip directly to them as normal, and they refused, although I said we would be there in 2 minutes to pay. I close them at 8:30, but again it was strange as we had done so often in the past. we tried again a week later to put an order of 8 this time. the person on the phone said it would take 45-50 minutes to have our order ready. my bf repeated only 45-50 minutes to clarify, and the coworker said he actually thought it could be ready in just 30 minutes. my friend came to 8:30 to get our food, but obviously our ticket in the system has lost and all the chefs went to home so that we left with nothing but a free Thai tea we did not go to make any kind of thing?. it would have been nice if someone contacted us earlier to tell us that this was the case or tried to correct it. this scenario on the top of the ever shrinking protein sizes have led us to find a new Go-to Thai place in the city.

We ordered curry and pad thai with the eier basket, there were egg dishes in all noodles and the curry was super spiced over. we ordered the curry several times ago and it is never so badly costed. we called the restaurant and told them how unhappy we were, and they offered a refund, but we never got it days later. will not go back.

Unique Thai restaurant in cotati with photogenic food. eating was great, although the wings had too much sauce and they were very oversalted. the salmon was a bit dry, but overall it was great to eat. beautiful fish tank in the back

Amazing eating, great prices and friendly staff! everything I go there seems better than the last. they have the best fried rice and Thai icy I've ever had. always warm and full of taste. they have these new serviette pinks that I absolutely love. the atmosphere is always so happy and welcoming. the waitress was super friendly and checked several times for us, our drinks refilled and made sure we enjoy our meal. 10000% would recommend!

I absolutely love the medium heat vegetable pumpkin curry with some sticky rice to dip in it. The curry portions are surprisingly large, and the taste is always great. A warning though, the spice level is very inconsistent. I always order medium because it can either be pretty mild, or pretty darn spicy, and I don't want to play Russian roulette with ordering hot. I like spicy food, so still enjoy their spicy medium, but if you are sensitive to spice, or not sure, please try mild first!
