Fu Zhou Chinese - Cotati

Our server could not have been more beautiful, faster or more attentive. The food was freshened and was delicious. We ordered the house special shrimps that were very large, perfectly fried and had a rich slightly spicy sauce with vegetables, salt pepper Calamari with sautéed jalapeños onions perfectly cooked jasmine rice and we got a free soup that was delicious.

Nicely surprised. Great food! I love it! Now my new favorite restaurant. Love this place. The honey walnut shrimps are the best! I'm addicted. And the nicest people work there. I love you!

Excellent food, skillfully prepared and served by friendly staff. Fu Zhou has been a fixture in Cotati for a long time and is the longest-running Chinese restaurant in Rohnert Park/Cotati. Its owners took advantage of the COVID-19 hiatus to freshen the interior and to upgrade and expand its menu. There is now a limited selection of dim sum, tasty and of high quality; new dim sum items are to be added in the future.
