The owner is very rude. I was there a few times and the ALWAYS made my order wrong.

It's amazing how people today don't appreciate having a job. Customer service has lost all meaning, this economy is. Yes, the cashier absolutely doesn't deserve to be busy, perhaps it will better span the floors, but not with customer interaction. Very disappointing. They don't do anyone a favor by getting their business they get a wage. You don't have to forget that.

Excellent staff and food. I came in just minutes before closing and they took great care of me. Thank you Flame Broiler for not turning me away at closing.
