I was really excited to taste their vegan mozzarella. I might come back to give it another shot, but I was quite disappointed with their limited bread selection.
They now offer a vegan sandwich called the Vegan Goddess. It features gourmet vegan mozzarella cheese melted with arugula, roasted tomatoes, and a few other tasty ingredients. The flavor is reminiscent of a pizza sandwich. The vegan cheese, sourced from El Zamorano, has an impressive taste that closely resembles real mozzarella. It’s absolutely delicious!
