After a hectic day, I didn’t have a mask with me, so I asked if they could provide one, but they didn’t have any available. It would have been helpful if they offered masks since that’s a common courtesy many customer-oriented businesses provide. I really didn't want to come across as a difficult customer; I was just frustrated by the staff's rudeness. One of the workers suggested that I could “order online,” which still required me to come in. However, my child was excited about getting boba, so I followed their suggestion and ordered online, paying for three drinks. The app said our order would be ready in 15 minutes, but after waiting for that time, we didn’t receive our drinks. After 20 minutes, I sent my child inside to check on the order. They asked for the name it was under, and my child showed them the confirmation on my phone. They initially handed over the wrong order, which contained only two drinks. After correcting it, we finally got our drinks after about 28 minutes, only to discover that there was no boba in any of them! This was beyond frustrating and incredibly disappointing.
Delicious food at a great price with a friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit!
I will always remember how the worker, Izzy, rescued my pet rock from drowning. It was such a heartwarming moment! The boba was also huge. I give this place a 10/10 and would definitely recommend it!
