Shirley's Bagel Etc - Costa Mesa

Good bagels but way too chaotic, slow, and confused staff. It took over 15 minutes to get 3 toasted bagels w/schmear. Tons if employees to be that slow and the dining area was a mess dirty tables, trash all over the floor, and yes there was an employee going around seemingly to clean but wasn't.

Bagels fresh the sandwich was very good with avocado, egg, turkey, needs work when call8ng orders and announcing names for pick up. 1st time food is good ??

Love this lace The quality of food is great. The staff is friendly and fast. highly recommend it

I ordered a Santa Fe bagel (it does NOT come with avocado) and I ate half of it in my car only to get the other half home to realize there is some sort of green or mold inside. I am absolutely horrified at this moldy green color and hope I don't get sick.

Their Santa Fe bagel was so delicious! Made a great first impression with their perfectly toasted bagels and fresh ingredients. I was pretty impressed with the price of the portion you get. I didn't love how long it took to get my order but it was a very busy morning so I can understand. The staff was really nice and efficient, overall had a great experience and would come back to try their other options.
