Papa John's Pizza - Costa Mesa

Don't know what it is about this particular. Papa John's, but their pizzas and food seems to be prepared and cooked above average compared to other Papa John's. The service is good, and the interactions I have with the employees are alwaysappreciated. Usually come here a couple times a month because of that.

Placed an order at 8:45pm, waited with no updates, called at 9:35pm and spoke to Luis the manager who said still waiting on the papadia and when I asked for an ETA he said uhhhhhh uhhhhhh. I asked if he could give me an estimated time again and hesaid nah, still want your order?

They worst papa John?s ever. The pizzas are never consistent or made well ever. You guys should be ashamed by your service because it?s pathetic. Children could run your store better. Have some pride. You don?t even put Sauce on the chicken no effort.Pathetic like I said.

Lemme Tell you, Valerie needs the biggest raise ever, her pizza making is superior to any I 've ever seen, shes also very friendly when you call the store, and when she adds her special touch its bound to be the best damn pizza you 've ever had.

There was a blonde/white hair in my boyfriends food. I just got my food 10-15mins ago. He was eating his food then found a hair in it.
