Jack In The Box - Costa Mesa

This was the tastiest visit I've ever had at Jack in the Box. The spicy tenders were amazing, the churros were yummy as always, and all the food was served at the perfect temperature- hot.

To busy because of fair. One night was told they only were serving lift it Uber drives and we had to back out of the drive thru. Left and went to TACO BELL on Santa Ana and bristol.

I was served a grilled cheeseburger with only half a slice of cheese on it. I brought it back to the manager and she showed me two small pieces of torn up cheese, claiming that was the proper amount. She insisted that the grilled cheeseburger looked different at this particular restaurant, despite the picture online showing otherwise. It was a frustrating experience overall. I would recommend avoiding this place, especially since it is just as expensive as other burger joints.

I recently experienced three days without any soft drinks at this restaurant, only bottled beverages were available. I was surprised that there were issues with the ice machine, especially when there is an ARCO gas station attached to the restaurant. Even if it wasn't the ice machine causing the problem, it took three days to resolve the issue, which was disappointing.

I ordered curly fries, but they gave me regular fries instead. When I went back, they told me I had to pay more for the curly fries, even though I had asked for them when ordering. It was their mistake. When I asked for my receipt, they refused to give it to me. I want a refund. Every time I come to this location, they always get my order wrong and have terrible customer service.
