In Out Burger - Costa Mesa

I love In N Out, but this location is a little sketchy at night and is smaller. If I recall correctly there is only outdoor seating and there is a small parking lot. The drive through gets backed up and when it?s busy this location has a hard time managing all the orders and takes forever. I recommend going during that day at a quieter time or going to a different In N Out location.

In-N-Out is the only fast food restaurant that is consistently good...except this one. Waited 20 minutes to get up to the window. They messed up my order and I didn't find out until I got home. All the food was cold and I only had a 5 minute drive home. Trying to enter or exit the drive thru is a P.I T.A. Cannot recommend this location. Thankfully customer service 800 number fixed my displeasure.

Ordered 1 burger and 3 orders of fries at the window. Waited 1 hour in the rain; they either lost my order or gave it to someone else. They say don't worry they will make it quick. Get home and there is only 2 orders of fried.

I love In and Out Burger for many reasons, one of them being that it is reliably delicious. This location, however, tends to stray from the norm. The fries are usually overdone and flavorless, and the food seems to take far longer than it should. There is no dine-in option, only a few picnic tables outside. Double drive-thru which of course is always backed up into 19th Street. I don't fault the employees here though, I think it was just poor planning. Employees are always pleasant.

Costs Mesa site. Great burger as always. Service was extremely slow. Used walk up window to order 2 #2's and a burger with ketchup only. ...... Took over 15 minutes to receive my order. No special requests
