Eightfold Tea Shoppe - Costa Mesa

Got to try this for the first time recently. It was a treat for my office. The drinks were delicious. One of the drink was a little sweet but wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet. My coworkers enjoy their drink. I would come again if I’m ever in the area.

This tea shoppe is such a sweet treat wherever I'm in this area of Costa Mesa! I love their drinks especially the milk tea ones. The consistency of the dairy and the sweetness level is just right.The ambient is cute with little boba drink plushies and the service is courteous and quick. It hasn't been crowded on any of my visits.They offer a stamp card program. They only have one size food their drinks but it is a decent size. They always make great drinks consistently in my personal experience. I recommend this place whenever you're in the area!

I really enjoyed coming to this spot. Been here multiple times I’ve lost track of how many. The drinks have been yummy and staff was super friendly. The last 3 times I’ve been here has been horrible! Drinks don’t taste the same, boba texture is bad, and staff is horrendous. Zero customer service, the woman seems miserable working here and is rude. Most definitely not coming back.

I got the Eightfold Signature with boba and it was only okay. It tasted rather grainy. It was fast, but I’m not sure I’d go there again.

Wanted some boba after dinner and this spot had some pretty good reviews. I got the deep matcha and this drink was underwhelming. The matcha flavor is there and the pudding was really good but the boba was really hard. It tasted like day old boba and completely ruined the drink for me. I didn't taste it till I got home so I couldn't ask them to remake it but the boba was not great. The rest of the drink was good so I want to believe that the boba just wasn't that good because it was close to closing time.
