Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have to say that is a really beautiful place to spend a evening chilling out in the son. Nice music, nice decoration. But the service... 5 years ago it was good, not fantastic, good. But with the years is losing quality. In busy days...the kitchen can not handle the demand. They have an extend menu for such a small kitchen. When you want to win it all... sometimes you lose all: The name is there, but in my opinion they really need to invest in a different service, maybe a new kitchen and staff. Proper staff that handle the demand they have in the busy summer period.
I leave just a few miles away from this beach restaurant, but everytime have lunch at the beach i usually select another famous restaurants neerby. What a waste of time.... As i speak i hear cuban mysic played live by two cuban musitians. The menu...not being long is fair and at reasonable prices. the chef selection of the day is an excelent option. But what surprise me the most was the service. Quick and carefull. Congratulations and keep the good working.
I was on holiday with two kumpels, we came here and sat 20 minutes before we had to get up and go to get someone who serves us. two of us had burgers and both burgers were raw, muddy and ****....whethervily we sent them back and had to wait another 20 minutes to cook boiled food and we did not even take them out of the bill or an apology. brutal.
In a jubilee party there were several problems that were agreed with a week or two in advance, but during the party, the boss denied all, even with text messages that document the order. above all, the chef has no retrospective of the customers. expectations and needs. eating, picanha, was not acceptable to eat. it was sent back. total service and eating are not recommended. a place to avoid while the actual administration remains.
O Delmare tinha tudo para dar certo, local, decoraçao e ambiente, mas para isto tudo funcionar tambem os menus deviam de acompanhar todo o resto, coisa que nao acontece.A culpa nao está nos empregados, está em quem lhes dá a formaçao, está na gerencia, está em quem faz os menus! O menu tem um optimo aspecto quando lido e é uma grande desilusao quando a comida é apresentada ao cliente.Sumos naturais...tudo menos sumo natural! Sumo Natural de Laranja:Meia laranja espremida em que ate os caroços vêm parar ao copo e o copo é enchido ou com agua ou sumo de laranja de garrafa. (O cliente sabe o que é um sumo natural...por favor)Sumo Natural de Manga:Copo cheio de sumo de manga engarrafada e 3 pedaços de manga cortados às lascas no fundo (por favor, a manga tem forma de ser cortada, e se é sumo natural de manga, é uma manga na 1 2 3 e voila!)Reduçao de custos à vista quando é cobrado 4 eur por bebida.Tosta de frango: Uma baguete???Frango sem estar temperado???Sem queijo????Costa da caparica é conhecida pelas suas praias e as suas grandes tostas em pão de forma, um cliente quando pede uma tosta num citio destes esta à espera da melhor tosta do mundo e nao sair dali e virar na primeira tasca da costa para pedir uma.Por favor, tosta, seja ela qual for leva queijo! O frango tem de ser temperado! E o pao....voces sabem que pão usar...Deixo entao o pedido à gerencia de sair da caixinha branca e reformular nao o menú mas sim como se executam os pratos que o menú tem.
