Wendy's - Coshocton

First time eating here. Nice building and tons of potential but it?s just not ran right. I NEVER leave bad reviews because I?ve worked in food before but it wasn?t a very good experience. My coupon on the app wouldn?t work, they overcharged us by ringing in something twice, we waited 20 minutes for our food as they were up front reopening our sandwiches to see what they gave us, no ice in the machine, no lids for the cups stocked, there was a hair in my chili cheese fries, andthere was a lady standing there for 10 minutes before they even greeted her.

A large lemonade with a cup full of ice. I poured out the lemonade and it barely filled a juice glass. The summer strawberry salad is not what it used to be. There was probably only 1 whole strawberry in the whole salad. Barely any lettuce, 30% large burnt pieces of bacon. I couldn't even chew them. What a waste of money. All this after waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes after we ordered.

My Experience was horrable went thru drive thru after work. Had to wait 15 mins before I was able too order and there was only one vechile ahead of me he was at the 2nd window.
