Dunkin' - Coshocton

Ordered less ice and instead of giving me less ice, they watered it down. Went back through and she pretty much said they change the drink if you order less ice. Would not fix it. Second time this has happened here.

When my grandson stays with me I pick his favorite ? on my way home from work. The donuts ? are always fresh.

Love some dunkin the new signature toasted white chocolate coffee is the best ever hope it stays year round definitely a favorite.

Chose to lose a customer because of a smart ass employee who would not honor the Free Donut Wednesday. I activated the offer but did not actually add a Donut to my order. Rather than give me a donut and explain what I should have done she told me I would have to buy another drink to get a free donut. I could give a rats ass about the donut at this point. It is the principle of the matter and the fact that even after contacting their customer service team I was scolded for not adding the donut to my order. Tim Hortons appreciates my business and would never treat a customer in this manner!

Great service and the employees were very nice. Probably the best place to get coffee in town.
