Brasas - Cosenza

Food was too salty and all sauces tasted expired. Staff were rowdy and even forgot one of my companion's order. We were even the only customers there. Bad experience.

Found this place by accident and we were not disappointed. Food was good (ordered the patacones and the 3 meat rice platter) and the staff friendly. They serve beer too.

At first, we were hesitant to dine at this place because of the empty chairs. Thankfully we decided to give it a shot. The staff were very accommodating. Ambiance was also great. The food was surprisingly really good. I can't believe people haven't come to taste what they had to offer. Some of the items in the menu though were unavailable but still the Chivito Al Plato that I ordered was just delightful. As I went out the door, I definitely said I'll be coming back soon.

1. Atmosphere/ Ambiance: Small quaint place. Nice interiors. Since they have the same onwer with the other resto beside it, you have the option to eat it there that offers a different type of ambience too. 2. Cleanliness: 3. Service: Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about what's on the menu. They even helped me set up for the picture. She also made sure that the lighting was perfect. Hehehe 4. Food: Everything was yummy! From the appetizers (sampler) to our main course it was all sumptuous. They have food that is good for sharing already like the Civit Al Plato. 5. Accessibility of the resto: No jeepney routes.
