I discovered this hidden gem on Yelp while visiting the area and was pleasantly surprised. We were a bit unsure of where to go when we stumbled upon it. We ordered the special, which was open-faced roast beef on Texas toast served with mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as the country fried steak. Both dishes were fantastic! My girlfriend, who is from Texas, is quite particular about country fried steak and white gravy, but she loved both meals. You could tell they were prepared with care and attention. The staff was very friendly and even shared information about tomorrow’s special—chicken and rice casserole. We’ll definitely be returning!

Absolutely delicious! The potatoes were the best I've ever tasted at a restaurant. The fried chicken had the perfect crispiness, and everything we ordered was fantastic.
