Ladinia - CORVARA IN BADIA

Beautiful hotel nestled in a quaint location. Breakfast and dinner were amazing with different options every day and they also have an interesting selection of local wines. In addition, they also have a nice veranda where you can sit outside. Rooms were nice and clean.

We went to Ladinia for dinner on Valentine’s Day hoping for a special culinary treat. While the decor is really nice (you feel transported in time) and the service is really good, the food was very disappointing given the price point. There was just no refined taste at all and the presentation was not great either. Also the choice for vegetarians is very poor. All in all we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant

I had stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks in 2020, and already had the opportunity to savor the hospitality and well executed cuisine. In December 2021 I went back just for dinner and was extremely impressed by the level reached by every one of the dishes I had. I actually think that this is Michelin Stars level cuisine, so be quick in experiencing it before it becomes too famous.
