I have been dining at this restaurant on and off for years, and their sushi has always been the best in town without any exception. In the past, I hesitated to write reviews because their website was weak and their phone mailbox was usually full, making it difficult to order during the pandemic. However, I am happy to report that their new online ordering system is working great (I have used it twice now), my orders are ready on time, and the food is as good, if not better, than ever.

During our move from the SF Bay Area to the Seattle area, we stopped by Corvallis and had an exceptional dining experience at Sada Sushi. It was a 5-star meal, and we will definitely return if we are ever in the area again. Despite my allergies to soy, dairy, and gluten, the restaurant was very accommodating. The gluten-free tempura shrimp was so delicious that we forgot to snap a picture before devouring it all. Please note that it is fried in the same fryer as regular gluten-containing items, so it may not be the best choice for those with celiac disease or severe allergies. The sashimi platter and nigiri were incredibly fresh and tasty, and I experienced no allergic reactions. A week later, we realized we had forgotten the receipt for expense purposes, and the manager Kimberly promptly sent us a copy via email. Thank you again!
