Les Caves - Corvallis

Had a fun girls brunch here at Caves! Love the fun cocktails and food with a unique twist! The aesthetic in the restaurant is beautiful with rich browns, modern blacks, with pops of life with lots of plants! We sat inside near a large sliding glass window which was open and so nice getting the breeze of a summer afternoon while we dined! We got seated by Diego who was very hospitable and funny! Nicole was our server who was so sweet and kind. Gave great recommendations and made a delicious margarita! I had a hard time choosing my meal since the entire menu sounded fantastic! My heart told me I needed some fries so I ordered the burger. It was delicious with the caramelized onions. Fries were PERFECT! Excited to go back and try their dinner menu and more items off their brunch. All over great experience and I hope the owner gives their staff some love because they did a phenomenal job representing your restaurant!

Absolutely LOVE the vibes! Nicole and Diego were so nice and sweet to talk to. The food was fantastic, service was extraordinary! I will absolutely visit this restaurant again!

More expensive than expected, and the meals were aslo fairly small. other than that, great place for some good food.

Delicious food cooked well is the TLDR version of my review. It's very apparent that the chefs care about the quality of their dishes, which are cooked to perfection and well balanced. Fun flavors and unique twists on common dishes made this a culinary experience I won't forget. We had the egg sandwich and chicken and waffles typically peasant dishes, but they were fit for a king! The blackberry donut of the week was yeasty and soft I personally prefer the crispy edges of a fried donut, so it was a miss for me, although the flavor was fine. Diego was kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the menu, despite being new to the restaurant. Although I'm rarely in town, I'd love to visit again and try more of the menu!

Everything was perfect. Great menu with many vegetarian and pesceterians options. The drink list is great as well, many nice wines available by the glass.
