Domino's Pizza - Corvallis

We were disappointed with our recent experience at this restaurant, as the pizza we ordered was not as delicious and hot as we had hoped. When we tracked our order online, we noticed that our pizzas had been sitting in the warmer for an hour before a driver picked them up. The driver was friendly, but when we called to check on our order, the woman on the phone seemed dismissive and uninterested. When our food finally arrived, it seemed like it had been sitting in a warming box for too long and was missing some of the ingredients we had paid for. Overall, we will probably not order from this restaurant again until they improve their delivery service. My partner had some choice words about our $60 order, but I'll refrain from sharing them.

I believe this restaurant is only busy during certain times. We've had instances where our orders were delayed at the last step. Our order was stuck in quality control for over an hour, and when the deluxe specialty pizza finally arrived, it only had cheese and olives. While they acknowledge mistakes happen, they wish Domino's made it simpler to request a refund. The olive-only pizza was odd and not recommended. Overall, it wasn't worth the money.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and it took 2 hours from the time I placed my order for it to be delivered. The food spent almost an hour in quality control, but it was clear that it wasn't checked properly because my pizza only had one and a half pieces. I didn't receive the sauces I ordered, and my breadsticks and cinnamon twists were cold.

Completely unhappy with our order. we are from outside and use the website to order so that it could be delivered to our motel. the waiting time of the website was 50 to 60 minutes, which is understandable in a busy night. an hour later, however, there were no pizza or other items we ordered. when I called to check a problem with the order, not in a reasonable time who answered the phone was extremely rude and had said that the waiting time would be 2 to 3 hours. when I asked that I was told that the website was wrong, so I asked her that a pizza I ordered at 10:30 will not be delivered until 1:30. to whom they answered and hanged. I wonder how they will deliver after the closure of the delivery times. I feel demolished.
